"Game Over Man!" By Netflix, this movie is bad azz, please don't watch together with your kids, or female you don't feel comfortable with. Some part of the movie it show the male genital.

sky hunter 2017 is a china production, a war action thriller.

u don't see m16's, f16/f22 fighter jets or black hawks; u see ak47's, chinese jets and lifters.

quite an impressive action movie, showing they can do what hollywood did in top gun, behind enemy lines, black hawk down, etc.

filmed in china, usa and kazakhstan. 3/5.

den of thieves 2018 is a reasonable crime thriller.

the drama and action is not as intense as heat 1995 and not quite as clever as the usual suspects 1995 although there are strong elements of both movies in it.

Anna (Bel Powley), a woman who spent her entire childhood
locked in the attic, under the care of a mysterious man she only
knows as Daddy (Brad Dourif) also claiming to be
her father.

He seems loving and protective and she never once
questions his motives.
Trying his best to keep her as a child forever using
regular drug injections (with hormones to keep her from
arriving at sexual maturity)and lies
(that a creature he calls the Wildling, a child-eating
monster that roams outside which in fact............)

Small-town Sheriff Cooper (Liv Tyler) frees
her and helps her start a new life. She begins to discover
the secrets Daddy has hidden from her through her life.

Anna is finally allowed to reach puberty under
Ellen’s roof, and growing closer to Ellen’s teen brother,
Ray (Collin Kelly-Sordelet).
As she begins to acclimate to her new life, the memory of
the Wildling comes back to haunt her.

The director doesn't do so much with the scare scenes.
but he has one remarkable character performance in Anna.

yes, 2hr 20min... too long... under 2 hrs would hv been better.

So I watched the above and I'll just say that you'll either find it too deep a movie or so full of plot holes that my laundry basket can hold more water.

I'm unfamiliar with the Japanese game but its probably better to play the game as you have some form of control. While watching this movie, almost every single scene and decision made had me asking why why why!!! or Stupid! Idiot!.. etc.. I think the movie was meant to be watched while super high and on a good 4K HDR screen.

The Tag-Along 紅衣小女孩 (2015)

Truthfully, I do not watched alot of stuff coming out of Taiwan.

I don't think they market their stuff properly.

I also recently watched Who Killed Cock Robin? 目擊者 (2017) which was actually a good thriller, also made in Taiwan.

Tag-Along uses a Taiwanese Urban Legend and made a horror movie of the spooky kind, and it is pretty good.

Story is engaging, actors did their job, and the spooks actually spooky.

Both the above movies has a "nonchalant-ness" that makes the "scares/thrills" that much the better.

I definitely do not recommend this to the faint hearted.

Picture and sound is actually good. The movie has a "realness" to is, very competent director of photography.
