Just watched Buried! This film is the best one I've seen yet. Such thrill with minimal effects. Ryan Reynolds best performance I believe is in this movie. The ending will hit you.

Also watching the classics soon. A friend recommended The Shawshank Redemption. Her is also intriguing. The Machinist is also twisted as they say. Hoping to finish them all soon.

den of thieves 2018 is a reasonable crime thriller.

the drama and action is not as intense as heat 1995 and not quite as clever as the usual suspects 1995 although there are strong elements of both movies in it.

So I watched the above and I'll just say that you'll either find it too deep a movie or so full of plot holes that my laundry basket can hold more water. 

The Tag-Along 紅衣小女孩 (2015)

Truthfully, I do not watched alot of stuff coming out of Taiwan.

I don't think they market their stuff properly.

I also recently watched Who Killed Cock Robin? 目擊者 (2017) which was actually a good thriller, also made in Taiwan.

Tag-Along uses a Taiwanese Urban Legend and made a horror movie of the spooky kind, and it is pretty good.

Story is engaging, actors did their job, and the spooks actually spooky.

Both the above movies has a "nonchalant-ness" that makes the "scares/thrills" that much the better.

I definitely do not recommend this to the faint hearted.

Picture and sound is actually good. The movie has a "realness" to is, very competent director of photography.
