Just got my AF billed and auto waived. Check the expiry on my card. AF is based on the expiry month stated on your card

have been calling MBB CS to cancel the card for the past 1 month. Tried 12am, 2am, working hour, 6pm, 9pm....
Still cant get anyone to pick up. Any ideas how can I cancel my card? Imagine if you card was lost...and you still cant inform them after 1 month... |

Legacy cards tend to remain in maybank2u, as somehow the system doesn't automatically remove defunct cards...And unlike other banking portals, m2u does not allow self housekeeping of accounts and cards...To know if your card is really cancelled, call again to verify... |

Last time VS CS respond very fast, they will pick up in 10 -15 seconds. What happen nowsaday? Why no one pick up even waited so long?
