QUOTE(kengyan @ Sep 25 2016, 02:20 PM) Second year will be charged on 13th month of usage. If follow his logic, can he still get AF waived next time? I doubt so. I may mislook on this. But still, not worth the hassle. Better know what the card's T&C and apply if really need it. No point to make the name poor just for some small matter. That's his problem, not yours or ours. So, don't need to keep bugging on this issue.

QUOTE(notok @ Sep 25 2016, 04:40 PM) How come there are some users only get charge for annual fees after 24th months of using it instead of 12th months of using it? It's also based on anniversary of other cards. I don't think it is 24 months but more than a year but lesser than two years.
