Yes, their CS quality has dropped. Yesterday I called them to inquire about the TP also took them about 5 minutes to answer the call and some of my questions were not answered.

i went to their card service center last week to check my spending, the person incharge said that she are only able to track up to 6 months spending from her system and to get the correct amount need to call the 1300. for the past 6 months i had spend 45k and this does not include spending done in oct/nov/dec last year.

Unsuccessful with waiver application. Goodbye MB VS.

If there are any cards out there which I think better than MBB's, then for sure I would cancel the cards. So far, still I find what they have to offer is better compared to the rest.

Please do not post if you are here to stir things up. Good for you that you face no problem. But who are you to question that other customers cannot voice up against poor service?

Exactly, different customer has different way of judging the level of service and different way of dealing with it. If cancelling the card is your way of dealing with such stuff, then why are you imposing your way to others?

I would like to thank you for your comment on my post but you really need some EQ while posting some comments like this. Instead of asking me not to make any noise just because I mentioned the delay of CS answering my calls, you should at least just let me know you aren't facing that and this is sufficient.

spot on! just got my phone bill last few days. the freaking PBB CS few calls cost me RM20++. Most of the time you are keep waiting there only.

Like I have said, I always remind forumers to use the multi quote function. I did not click the report button, it was a reminder. You don't have to feel being picked on or anything, simply just use the quoting function in future post, that's all.

I would have reported poster 2292 too if it is a repeat offense, but from what I have checked, it is not. Also, I don't want you to feel that I am picking on those who agree with you. See the connection?

Anyway, as you can see, I did not delve further on the issue as I want to move and stick to topic, so i'd suggest you do the same.

I have checked with the forum staff beforehand. If a forumer keeps multi posting despite being reminded to use the quote function, it is considered as spamming. But here, let me reiterate that I did not click the report button.

When did I keep picking on you for not using the multi quote? I only made a single post reminding you to do so. If you still insist on going on about this, just report me and let mod take the necessary action. I do not need to justify further.

anyway, i have to agree that MBB CS is getting worse from day to day... been using MBB quite many years, used to be very efficient, now have to be put on hold for atleast 10 mins or so, despite using VS...

and also @kengyan, you have your point to call midnight, but for most of the regular people which needs to wake up to work the next day, majority of them would have been sleeping already
