Before. When I called the CS, he told me the AF should be charged on 11 January but somehow not appeared on the system.

Took me sometimes to check back my statement. Can't really recall when I get this card.
My 1st Swipe was on 3-Dec-2014. I assume I got my card around 30 Nov, applied around 25 Nov. (rough estimation).

My other maybank card would be M2Amex, I checkback my Treatpoint Redemption for GST -RM50, it falls on december. Haha.

I did, they told me 50k to waive. I just spend <20k on this card for whole year. Maybe not convincing for them.
