Anyone know after the reduction from 100k to 70k, will the minimum CL for VS also lower?

For the 5x limit which incl PPL n GM, we gotta remember d number of times swiped. PPL guy say still can go thru even after 5x but will b charge back. They can't know d usage.

yup, i dont think PPL can track on their side. however, do note that the 5x only begins on 1st august even though you have used it several times before

12k would do, if i am not mistaken.

And side note : VS reduction of income also means reduction in terms of customer service.

If FD means CL, those with existing CL higher than that should be able to apply for VS ya.

As for the CL to FD, try to ask their CS. If they are nice, you can actually just get 1 easily.

I was holding a 20k limit for my Gold previously. Maybank want me to upgrade but I am too lazy to do so.

And to qualify for plat card, you need an income of 5k per month = CL is roughly 10k (unless they are generous)

Don't see a reason why Signatures suddenly need that much since they reduced from 100k to 70k

Minimum CL for Plat is RM 15k.

10k FD can get Plat liao.

Limit will be scaled to 10k.

Last time in cari forum a credit processing girl said CL for plat is 15k. But she resigned now.

My first credit card in my life was Maybank 2 Card Platinum
CL is only RM10k

I think minimum for plat is 10k, VS is 20k and premier is 30k

but she told me is 15k.

hlb is 12k, i asked hlb branch manager.

And I know few sales person holding Infinite but limit 10k or so only.

See your luck? Approval is by CC center. I know a friend who put 8k only and yet manage to get a Signatures as well.

It's how the Credit Center will analyse and see whether it's possible to offer you a card or not.

What you can do, is to convince them you are capable to repay the amount you use.

If your income hit 70k, no issues already.

If you want to place FD, the amount is negotiable providing you have a basis for argument.

And if you want a lower limit, just tell them straight up.
