Does lapping a chipset cooler really effective?

I tried lapping mine but im not sure about it cuz i dont have the sensor to detecy the temperature of the chipset.

Red - Graphic Card in Crossfire Mode

Blue - Chipset ( this chipset damn hot @@ and i been thinkin till now ... how to cool it down ... )

Green - Chipset ( ok ok la the heat )

i already bought Thermalright Chipset Cooler HR-05 SLI/IFX but when i mount the cooler and put the GC ... the cooler will block PCI-E Power Connector to the GC ... zZz .. any idea ?? is there smaller chipset cooler that effective ... no1 selling EnzoTech oo ?? T_T

main heat is on Blue Box Chipset ... damn hot sleep.gif

why don't u try mounting the HR-05 SLI/IFX 3 o'clock?

but by doing this u can't use the mobo stand off screw below the heatsink

i would think it would be more expensive than rm50. Coz heck, the blue ice2 is already rm65/ so i believe something like enzo would be around the same price as thermals..

Aww sad.gif Sayang x jual kat msia... you know any good chipset cooler that will not kacau AC freezer 7? Mobo is P5N-E SLI btw.

u need to remove all the heatpipe wor,
and u need to get urself 2 unit of hr-05 and a mosfet cooler...
