For those who want Xposed on 4.4.2.
Ascend P6 forum. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...40&postcount=59 EMUI 2.3 breaks Xposed due to some theming rubbish that Huawei did. This is v2.4.1 of Xposed, so some newer modules may not work. I just managed to install it, and will try to perform an update to the latest version and see if it works. UPDATE: It looks like only Greenify is working. Gravity box isn't working either. Can't install 2.6.1 without uninstalling the Huawei apk. Now I'm wondering if the TWRP from Ascend P7 forum can be used, as it is the same CPU. This post has been edited by joytest: Oct 25 2014, 07:10 PM |

Hi all. I'm the newest members of the X1. I have been using the phone for about a month. I already root my phone with vroot. Updated to latest KitKat, successfully install adaway and fix sd write issue by reading this thread. But I don't understand how to hide the navigation bar. What is saving the build.prop by gbk? Can someone explain on this? Thanks.

Huawei Ascend Mate2 not getting KK not even 18 month cycle yet.But on comments it say they focusing on Lollipop. Skip straight to Lollipops or will we be stuck on KK only since Huawei doesn't seems to care about the 18 month of software support like Google stated.
I really love this device but it software is just way behind others top OEM.But the hardware is top notch.Battery , screen , signals , design , camera , Soc , ram it's all there waiting to be unleashed. |

English usually uses LATIN-1 or UTF-8.You need to save the file back using GBK encoding otherwise the Chinese words inside will become rubbish and your will brick your phone. |

Someone on XDA has posted a hack for making 503L roms work on 501L.
And he says it's a KK Beta that supports 320dpi http://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-med...20-dpi-t2923307 If such is the case, it looks like we can fake it to use 503L ROMs easily. |

Not much choices than in Sept but I believe should have more choices now. You need to hunt for accessories in LYP. |

Sorry no idea on Z3 as had no experience using itOk, I try to compare this one with Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet, what are the both advantage and disadvantage? I'm want to use it for reading, calling, some picture, and good battery life. And smooth as well. Which to recommended me? Z3 is only 5.2 inch display vs 7 inch of X1. Both are different categories The X1 will definitely meet your needs provided you can accept its 7 inch bigger display |

QUOTE(InfoO2 @ Nov 6 2014, 02:14 PM) X1 is a phablet while Z3 tablet is a full fledged tablet. Some X1 users complain why X1 has no tablet mode but forgot it was never meant to be a tablet You need to view both yourself to decide I am fine using the X1 as a mini tablet for movies, reading, youtube, magazine etc |

Then it should be no problem on phone calling right? You need to view both yourself to decide I am fine using the X1 as a mini tablet for movies, reading, youtube, magazine etc Can consider but got any direct stock from huawei itself? |
