iCYCLE is the one doing the collection for the recycle items. Last month farmer's market they managed to collect over 960+ kg of items. Anyone wanna see the pics can visit their facebook site.

This morning weather was good. Not hot and top of the PARC is quite cool.
Btw, for those with pets (especially dogs) I think they can still bring up to the Parc. Only certain places around the park cant.. |

Very disappointed with the free durian treat. After quei g, was given only 1 seed of durian. When I asked for another seed, I was flatly turned down. Never so embarrassed in my life.....we r not beggars...

For me I think they do not want to give extra probably because they worry that the number of durian they have is not enough for everyone. By almost 9am, there are still people lining up to get their hands on those durian. Farmer's market is from 8-11am. I was there at 8.30 with ny wife and son....really stingy of them. I cannot imagine......I bought more than a million property....they think i just scrambled in.....If you tell that the incident happened around 10:30am+ then is kinda stingy from them. |

I went to free durian feast at nirvana shah alam. They definitely tai fong. Each person given 2-3 whole fruits. "Property" only 40-50k only compared to seh's hundreds of thousand n millions. Seh too cheap la....

One thing i realised, each time i goto ecohill, there's is this sharp smell which irritate my nose. Initially i thought must be the fertilisers but yesterday when i was having lunch across ecohill junction at the restaurant, the smell is there again. It somehow smell chemical. Air pollution from nearby factory ?

I noticed that each unit come with the Alarm system placed at the front of facade. Terrace house also provided free Alarm System? I thought only Precint 2 and 3 have it.  The bridge connecting to Lekas and Precint 2/3.   |

My first time posting here, hi and hello to all experts here.
I am shy to admit I queued MANY times and ate so much durian. Actually in the beginning they gave one row of durians (2-3 seeds), later on became 1 seed. I can't wait for their next launch to buy the house. Really hope they won't increase price too much, BLR is up and loan is getting expensive. |

It won't cost a fortune and able to get back the expenditure if there is additional few units sale after the event. It is non-DIBS currently, I presume SPS will put an appropriate price tag for their future launches, in complementary with the surrounding development and amenities provided. |

Surprisingly found the Ecohill Lekas link progress picture in Ascotte Boulevard fb page....
It seems like the piling work for the flyover connecting the Lekas link to Semenyih Lekas toll progressing quite well... Lekas link clearing seems already completed (picture 2), its huge, no doubt it is a 2 lanes driveway each way... Completing the Lekas Ecohill link together with the first phase of Setia Ecohill should be no problem at all... Attached thumbnail(s)

Housing prices are not suppose to keep on increasing. This is very wrong because it's bad for the economy.
In Germany, world's Best-Run Economy, House Prices Keep Falling - Because That's What House Prices Are Supposed To Do. When the people have too little disposable income because they have to pay their loan the economy run slowly. Cash flow problems occur because the economy basically slows down because everyone is putting most of their money into housing. Only developers and bankers make the most money. Look at what happen in CHINA? Property bubble and high income gap. There's alot of houses built but empty because it's too expensive. |

Btw, I think we wouldnt know the final outcome for precicnt 1 on the secuity aspect till VP. Guard house and fencing will sure on but still up to approval from authority. Apart from that the extra stuff that i asked about like boomgate or access card we wouldnt know till VP. Hopefully we can get all those... For those who brought the terrace house.

Yearp this is the one; it is the Biogas facility of QL Resources. They are at Pajam...and right opposite this is the solar panel production company - government owned as well as a huge dumping ground. Adjacent to all these are poultry farms that supplies poultry to KFC and Ayamas. Also, for egg production. So, now you know why it stinks when you cross Pajam on either way. At all times that is. Rainy days even worst. |

Today passed by lekas and can see some units from precicnt 3. Really quite near to lekas highway and is just like beside it only. Not sure they will put up a wall which is sound proof. Also, didnt realize that the small bridge to the super link side already done. Again quite near to lekas highway
Btw Bro Sam the Ecohill Lekas highway exit issit the exit for Bangi and Semenyih 1? Exit number 2102? If yes then is really near and really can save time and petrol compare to jln semenyih although need to pay RM1.10. |

SEH is building all the DSL houses simultaneously.
There are more than 100 workers working on the site now and more than 10 lorries communiting here and there carrying the soil. No delay so far detected and the SEH marketing event is follow one by one. No sign SEH is losing his momentum. Wonder what raikonnen gor and Kohtt gor would to comment ... SEH township is launched on 11/10/2013. No soft-launch or pre-launch or whatsoever for public units. 400 DSL + 300 Cluster/SemiD being snatched up within 3-4 hours. This is the progress for about 10 months after launching. So far, dun see any sign of slowing down even though LKS already left SPS. Overall, I believe LKS also wish SEH can be a great success too, as his 1089 acres of township development is just merely less than 500m from SEH. Seems like the launching for phase 2 is nearing... Got names for the upcoming launch of superlink and terrace houses.
20x70: there will be 3 types with different BU i guess. The names are Beconia, Bellucia and Bartonia 222x75: Saraca Super link: got 2 types which are Vircia and Flovia. |

If they don't want to demolish the show houses so soon, that's mean the number of units released maybe not much, perhaps only 200 units or so... |
