May be many of u already know but i just know by today when i chit-chat with a SA there, I'm so glad to know that in future we will got a super nice community hall. The Setia Ecohill Welcome Centre will be handed over to MPKJ as Ecohill community hall once the clubhouse is ready . The current welcome centra will move to future clubhouse 

i did not ask about club house, need pay membership fees, no money to enjoy that liao lo..after committed to the housing loan and monthly maintenance fees..
BLR naik lagi somemore..GST and petrol utilities all coming soon next year..

Design different, buildup different, master planning different, EM is considered "upgrade version" of Setia Ecohill.

Lol.. Choo gor, don't misunderstood... SEH already a very good township and there is no way SEH is lower class in this context.

As a matter of fact, in terms of entry price, SEH is much more cost-effective and affordable than EM.

The "upgrade version" I mention here is EM have better landscape design than SEH and for DSL generally have higher buildup. To enjoy these kind of upgrades, one hence need to pay higher price.

Both SEH and EM are great townships that will depend each other and of course prosper each other..

Hahaha abang adik project. Both compliment each other. To some, ecohill provide an affordable entry point with a modern outlook. For EM, it's no longer affordable entry and it gives a buyer option to prefer a different look (different taste).

Of course, for ds link house, a true g&g is a better choice at EM as compared to EH. Then again, price point differs a lot. For those cluster, semi, bungalows, i don't see much different between EH and EM except for the style and one is strata and the other is individual title. Maintenance for strata will be higher though.

I do see a plus point for EH, they have their own pool of polis bantuan from spsetia. As for EM, last i heard from SA, they might outsource.

Sure at nite the PARC will be much more cool than day time but very sayang they just open until 6.30pm. The guard there will go to round(By motor) and ask u to leave the PARC on 6.30 evening...

Saw 2 full pages color ads in the Star today by SEH

For those interested, among the points they (SEH) disclosed;

-  VP for first phase of 1,300 units scheduled to be delivered in mid-2015
-  LEKAS-Ecohill Link to be completed by mid 2015 too
-  Construction of Tenby International School would commence in Oct 2014 (next
    month ?)
-  Launching of Phase 2 soon, starting from RM598,000 (presumably, Saraca ?)
-  The Club House which offers spectacular 360-degree views is in PLANNING stage and
  will be ready to serve the SEH community soon
