BBW, why you always mix up all the things?

a.) SEH phase 2 same size 22 x 75, selling 80k less than goodview.
b.) SEH have lekas ecohill link direct to Lekas bothway, goodview connected to silk as well, but only one way..  
c.) SEH fully fenced and guarded, have 10 theme parks, 1 92.1m above see level 360 PARC, a beautiful community center later, tesco, mcd, kfc, pizza hut, domino, old town, kings confectionery, honda showroom, Seng Heng, chinese restaurant, etc all stone throw away. Goodview have half-half guarded area, have only ONE water cascade park, red bricks, and.. and.. and.. and... no more... WTH, really no more...
d.) SEH fully connected to Lekas highway, go and back using same way, goodview residents need go to Semenyih make a big U-turn... 
e.) Geographically, goodview has penjara kajang on the west and nirvana on the east, haiz.. no eye see...
f.) SEH is FnG, developer build guard house and fence, goodview developer build half of the fence, the other half let JMC pay money to do.. irresponsible developer...   

Say so many times, SPS not flipper, sell and build, they are not selling subsale price lah, like that you BBW also can't understand meh?

at least they chip in 73k one shot to show the seriousness..

I doubt they will lo unless they launch it next year. Last weekend already asked the SA and he mentioned to me 598K which same as what advertised by sp setia in major newspaper. Somemore launching it could be next month...

call again around October, loans rejection units will out by then, first time SEH got this "not bad 68% booking", normally projects alwayls finish sapu and need to line up.. looks like losing grip... wonder how will subsales catch up in 2015, around 1 year.. SEH still have other units left ...

why? goodview maybe sale 6.8% first day but SEH sell 68%, much better mah, no?

Come one la....SEH phase 1 all sold out in one day, u said all flippers buy. Nobody will stay....now 1day sold out more than 68% for phase 2, u say losing grip...
Good view heights launch more than 3 weeks still not hit more than 68% sales, u say ppl buy for own stay so slow sales is ok....this is not a good sales strategy la....

well, if it started with 6.8% and end with 100% sell, hmm, maybe there are some buyers who may wish to buy SEH bought goodview instead

U knwo why? Becoz SHL is cunning lo, launch future price and flip the properties...mentioned 100% sold but now still calling ppl to come to chose units still got plenty and mostly many got loan reject.,,

SHL is playing sticker game la...
Sp setia is honest and launch at reasonable price and able to sell more than 68% in one day, so remain units should be easily sold out in another one week times, unlike SHL sales agent until more than 3 weeks launch still calling buyer to come to buy....

I think upon vp there will still be developers units on EM & SEH hands...
