f.) SEH is FnG, developer build guard house and fence, goodview developer build half of the fence, the other half let JMC pay money to do.. irresponsible developer...  doh.gif  doh.gif

Say so many times, SPS not flipper, sell and build, they are not selling subsale price lah, like that you BBW also can't understand meh?

the above post more weird question, why such an advantages has not launched price more expensive than goodview aside of built & sell? phase 2 launching around 5% more expensive... hmm.gif

I believe dev like SP Setia or EcoWorld would not simply increase the price after they published it.

Come one la....SEH phase 1 all sold out in one day, u said all flippers buy. Nobody will stay....now 1day sold out more than 68% for phase 2, u say losing grip...


Good view heights launch more than 3 weeks still not hit more than 68% sales, u say ppl buy for own stay so slow sales is ok....this is not a good sales strategy la.... biggrin.gif

U knwo why? Becoz SHL is cunning lo, launch future price and flip the properties...mentioned 100% sold but now still calling ppl to come to chose units still got plenty and mostly many got loan reject.,,

SHL is playing sticker game la...


Sp setia is honest and launch at reasonable price and able to sell more than 68% in one day, so remain units should be easily sold out in another one week times, unlike SHL sales agent until more than 3 weeks launch still calling buyer to come to buy....

I think upon vp there will still be developers units on EM & SEH hands...

bayang tak nampak pun boleh jual, advertisement.sms /SA pun kurang.. quality maybe really matters

SEH adopt sell and build, not selling the house as subsale, price much cheaper.

SHL adopt build and sell, sell house as subsale, price much higher. If SHL launch goodview 1.5 years ago, you think the launch price will be 723k meh? Most likely only 600k... You pay 123k extra for the "build and sell" cost lah, like that you also dun understand ah? Come on, BBW woh, don;t disappoint me... brows.gif brows.gif

U r nonsense la...setia eco hill semi D phase one start from 7xxk last year, buyer come and pay 10% cash for downpayment, 7xk leh, u think is joking?

Tak boleh tahan BBW, so wanna add a bit.

The project might be launch only after 3 weeks. Prrhaps it had been soft launch to VVIP or etc previously. My fren working for a lawyer firm told me it was available for sale since almost 2-3 months back. I just only recall it was the same project name.

Check back ur SHL sales record, palm walk or good view heights, and some sg long red bricks condo, also got lots of unsold units after complete....sg long take about 10 years to become what it is today. rclxms.gif

Quality is the real concern for SHl products. Dun belive me? Come and view my SHL purchase, really make me headache on the wall crack n water leak issue....
