all the developer try to rushing for new lauching before next year implementation of GST, including SP SETIA as well..therefore, i am pretty sure they will try to launch the superlink and all other terrace in this year...at least from the developer side, they are ready to launch, now pending for authority to approve nia..

Btw, why last time didnt consider SEH? Starting price for clustered semi-D only RM738K and with DIBS also. I think the BU is around 2.1K and land size is 36x78.

SEH township is launched on 11/10/2013. No soft-launch or pre-launch or whatsoever for public units.

400 DSL + 300 Cluster/SemiD being snatched up within 3-4 hours.

This is the progress for about 10 months after launching.     

So far, dun see any sign of slowing down even though LKS already left SPS. Overall, I believe LKS also wish SPS can be a great success too, as his 1089 acres of township development is just merely less to 500m from SEH.
