Hey guys, I've fully paid my statement balance of RM15, why hasn't it reverted back to 0? Statement date is 26 July and payment due date is 15 August.
Can I safely assume that any transactions made after 26 July are actually reflected in the next statement i.e 26 August and I won't be charged any late fees for not paying before 15 august?

Your statement balance will not become 0, it will only change when the next statement is generated. You will notice that your outstanding balance will decrease (indicating that you have made the payment). Yes, transactions after 26 july will be included in the next 26 Aug statement. No late fee if you paid the 26July statement balance in full before 15 Aug.

QUOTE(ysc @ Aug 2 2014, 01:06 PM) Hi guys, whats the difference between Outstanding and Statement balance? My current understanding is that Statement balance is my previous period balance and Outstanding balance is my current period balance which is not yet due AND my previous period balance (which is statement balance) So shouldn't my Outstanding balance ALWAYS be more than Statement balance assuming that I have not yet paid my previous AND current period balance? if you using m2u, paid according to statement balance. Not outstanding balance, when u paid according to outstanding balance, you can't make payment. this is because the cash back will delay 2 days.

QUOTE(polarzbearz @ Aug 2 2014, 12:27 PM) No idea why 12:05AM's transaction is still considered as Friday. Maybe they have a different cut-off period for weekend Thanks for bringing this up again, you can find my explanation on this some pages back in this thread.

I did a purchase on weekend amounting to more than RM1K.
But my cashback is only RM47. This is ridiculous since I have other weekend spendings too.
Do u guys know why this happened?
