Skip the supplements, just eat 800grams of chicken breast per day + whatever kind of carbs you can find to fit your micronutrients. Bulk = calorie surplus. Cut = calorie deficit. Use tdee if youre unsure of how many calories you need to consume perday.

Yas. One of the best. On a side note, recently bought ON Whey mocha cappucino flavor.
Im still struggling to find a protein with good taste from the last time I use dymatize elite.

But using milk instead of water really changed things. So, if you dont like the taste, can try using milk.

Hi... I'm new here... Actually I had hard time to choose what is the most suitable whey for my diet.. And somehow I found out this website stated the contaminants found in the protein powder..
Regarding to that, may I know what is your thought on it? Safe to consume protein powder?

Hi. Recently I started to get back into training after leaving the gym/workouts for almost 10 years (got married, had kids, work, postgrad studies)
Have lost 12kg in 7 months and BMI just reached normal but body fat % is still #$%@#

Starting to track macros and realized its difficult for me to reach my daily protein goal with normal diet + calorie restriction

I wonder why there is no review on GNC Amplified Gold Whey Protein Advanced...

The supplement is abt the same when compared to high raved Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard (GNC one has less calories, less carb, less fat, but less sodium) and price is surprisingly THE SAME at GNC stores..

Is there specific reasons why GNC protein did not receive same recognition here?

Try look further than just GNC stores you'll know the reason. Why you so afraid of sodium? Do you know human need sodium to survive?

you need to wait for their sales. once or twice every year they will have warehouse sale at berjaya times square. i will buy 2-4 tubs of protein.

When you go shopee. Its everyday on sales sometimes free shipping free gift.

Well if you want to buy from GNC that's up to you. At least you pay for peace of mind without worrying it'll be fake.

for me , AMP cannot be digested compared to gold standard . why i say this ? because when i drink AMP, the next day it all seems to come out with my shit.

Usually happen to ppl with lactose intolerant. Need to get whey isolate cause its low in lactose.

If still have problem with above then get other whey protein source without lactose or don't take protein shake. Eat food with high protein.

I' currently using this one : Pro Supps Whey Vanilla Milkshake.

Any take on this?

Starter here. After reading from first page until the end; no one mentioned about Pro Supps brand. This is recommended by staff when I visited Muslemania.

Pick the cheapest protein. Drink more if afraid not getting enough.

Life too short to worry about protein. Better worry about calories.

The first statement sounds a bit sarcastic but I'll take it.

I'm just planning to gain around 5-6 kilos .. As for calories, I think still manageable since I'm very picky eater.

laugh.gif No sarcasm bro. Many ppl worry not consuming enough protein so the muscle won't grow optimally. Then just take more no need think too much.

Trying to gain weight then must consume more calories than what u burn. Hitting your calorie intake more important than counting protein.

ya dont see any sarcasm there...
its true...drink more if afraid of not getting enough...certainly easier than eating more.

and 5-6 kilos...probably looking at at least a decent 3 month period...

I stop drinking after 2 months and adjust my eating habits. I usually have a habit to cut down my food portion without realising.

Now I'm eating whatever on my plate without reducing it and without taking any protein where I somehow achieve close to my weight goal .. Lol

Skinny fat need to do some exercise to reduce small belly to flat tummy where I used to have bruce.gif
