I think SG doesnt ship to MY. I tried a packet of 5kg of it's whey before, mix-ability is very bad. Every serving I have to swallow at least a clump of undissolved whey.

But if anyone doesnt mind that then it's quite good value, 200 servings / 5kg pack. Just that it's protein per serving kinda low, if we choose to believe the labels of all manufacturers

I dont know MyProteinSG doesn't ship to MY, thinking to try few sachet and save some shipping charge from UK site tongue.gif

Mix-ability is okay when for me when using blender, few when stirring with spoon

When comparing protein per serving size Optimum Nutrition(example since its popular)
is 24g protein from 30g serving

while MyProtein is only 21g protein from 25g serving.

But if you take 30g scoop from MyProtein its 24.5 protein per serving

Yea, I do notice that the lesser protein per serving is down to the fact that its serving size is smaller. If it werent for the mix-ability problem, I'd gladly continue using MyProtein. For about the same price (after conversion), 1/3 more servings than ON is almost unfair.

on market WPC is always slightly cheaper than WPI blend. for those who dont mind then yes by all mean WPC all the way since its cheaper and still protein ya.... no bro science

Per serving la. I calculate based on the online selling price

R1: RM340/140 = 2.43

ON: RM370 (what i can get from stores near me)/149 = 2.48

Ok la, I said almost same price, not exactly same. Still though, why recommend Rule 1 over ON? ON quite easily out of stock, wanna look for a back up brand.

well if comparing 10lbs...this is the price from wdc after discount.

R1: RM323/140 = 2.31
ON: RM361/141 = 2.56

why is ON 10lbs 141 servings is that is for extreme choc...
not sure what flavor has 149 servings...but yes diff flavors have diff content...some have even below 140 scoops for 10lbs.

why r1? cos based on trust i guess...that seeing they were the original owners of ON...that the quality still carries over...plus its cheaper tongue.gif

Musclemania is selling. Looking at some of the bros here who bought from myprotein UK, there might be a risk of detention at kastam.

bought myprotein choc smooth from musclemania. Cost 379 (386 using CC). No problems with mixability but the taste feels abit too sweet and artificial.

Thank you for the discussion of the Isolate vs Concentrate and Rule vs Optimum Nutrition. Now I got a back up Brand.

Anyway, not sure if this "Reddit protein experiment" is useful for us here or not:
