20.1g carb 4g protein = RM0.48
ON Serious Mass
249g carb + 50g protein = RM11.20
Milo
In order to get 249g carb, we need 12.3 servings of Milos, which also comes with 49.2g protein
Therefore
Milo x 12.3 = RM0.48x 12.3 = RM5.904
RM11.20(334g per serving) vs RM5.904(369g per serving)
The serving is roughly the same but milo is much cheaper version of mass gainer, provided with that amount, you need to also swallow a tank of water to prevent heaty effect.
