Hey man... these are all based on comments from people who lived there... (see previous posts by other forumers)

Base on logical assumption (looking at the amenities around the location) .. their comments seems reasonable and based on the few times that I've traveled there... it seems quite true seeing that it is very jam packed during Friday lunch.

And based on such observation, it is quite clear the property demographic is more suitable for one than the other.

For example, if you have a kids, living near a school makes more sense than if you do not have one. Going in and out will always be difficult unless you work odd hours but for those with kids, it would be a convenience for them since they need to drop their kids off the school anyway. I wonder if you even know what DEMOGRAPHIC means at this point


You are the funny guy who kept acting like a kid like ""UHHH NOO...YOU ARE WRONG..." without any facts to back whatever points you are trying to argue.

I bet you are a non-bumi buyer and now trying hard to act all defensive to protect your purchase decision. Look... if you chose Panorama... I can tell you will not be able to afford Lot 15... you pay for what you can afford... and what you got is as a result from your lack of observation and research before buying a property

But since you seem ok with your purchase... good for you then..

the only thing that you might regret is if that the Aurora might be priced like Panorama... brows.gif

Aurora is rumoured to be around 1000psf.

Pano is like 800psf rite?

Its okay man.. That guy always based on non facts.. His argument will always like this ... "I heard" "Someone told" "The buyer said" ... and he always kaki sibuk one.. asking what current promo everywhere... then make stupid comparison... Sometimes.. you just got to let this kind of people live in their own world..

The most funny part is he ask me come out something to back my point..

I thought we as Malaysian we shall know or experience, what kind of common sense/matter will come across in daily life

now my customers (an expats) renting.

Right behind it is a vacant land..behind that vacant land only cemetery..... hardly affects the value if I must say.... even for the people who pangtang about all these would still be acceptable distance..

You want near? Try the last roll of houses on jalan 22/23.
