Will the area flooded before ?

Few months should be able to get decent occupancy of 30% or so. So far is very few lights and high asking prices only.

Depends if the owners go for own stay or rent out. Even defects need 1 month

My friend got 1 unit there and the renovation only will complete next month

I also noticed that the occupancy rate is quite low after sometime. Maybe all the wealthy owners bought units and are keeping them vacant. 🤔

Interesting project. Any developer units for the around 930 or 1030 sq ft facing golf course with glass railing balcony still available?

Can’t understand why this project is not as hyped as the others within the vicinity like sunway serene for example, seems to have gone under the radar a little bit 🤔

I also curious to know. Check on brikz didn't see any transactions for this service apartment too.
Visited Sunway Serene before, their layout and overall facilities didn't impress me too much.

Just vped not long ago, quite impossible to have subsales data.

Probably just marketing imho -- there isnt much marketing here compared to Acruz, Serene etc.
Also the access road (from the main) are not really that obvious.

i am planning to buy a unit here but still doing survey . wonder why the occupancy is low. Is it due to the area Kelana Jaya? not much happening

Large unit size with lesser rooms compared to other projects.

Asking rental is quite high. Maintenance fee is also high for own stay.

Surrounding areas susah cari makan, noise pollution, HTC, always traffic jam at subang airport road and LDP.

Some units balcony not glass panels

If the road to airport road closes or only exit, this place will boom. but big if.

I quite like their type C unit with glass panels balcony, gold course view, side by side living + dining. But iirc those units were the first to be snatched up.
