quarter pounder around 500, fries about 400, coke about 130

times that by 2 its only 2000 bro, you need another sets of them

Some people just don't get it. They say they eat "a lot" but when you see how much they eat, you laugh laugh.gif

It's all about the calories. Eat more than your body needs and you will gain weight.

Back when I could eat quite a lot, normally eat 3 original KFC tighs, around 1200 for them and 1 large cheesy wedges, maybe 600 calories? That's almost 2k calories for lunch alone.

Dinner probably eat 3 Ramly burgers, roughly 1.5k calories for them. Lunch+Dinner already 3.3k calories.

Supper leh? I always eat supper one, always eat nasi lemak and fried chicken. (nasi lemak size is like the banana leaf large size). Not to mention snacks in between meal times.

If I were to eat like that on a daily basis, my calorie intake would probably be close to 4k calories lol !

Now you know why I put on weight back in Malaysia biggrin.gif

Nowadays eat around 1,500 to 1,800 calories only sad.gif

well.. i've finally gain some weight.. hehe....

i was 54kg and now im 65kg liawww... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

btw, i do have a question.. a regular hainan chicken rice calories brape eh?

chicken breast rice.. regular size of a hainan chicken rice..

my hard guess is around 450-500 (chicken 200, rice 300)

i havent really count how much calories i've been taking each day ehh..

tak tau ehh.. haha... b4 this i don really like to eat chicken breast wan.. but now i actually love it..

kfc.. mcd or chicken rice... evthing changed from drumstick to breast.. sooooo nice.. hahah...

i take scrambled eggs with cream cheese at the morning.. 4 biji.. then 2 sausages with 2 slice of white bread.. not evday.. at least 5 days a week i eat like that.. cause my classes allowed me to do so cause i have more time..

then lunch take subway lo b4 workout.. chicken slice that set.. then after workout 1 more subway..

and night.. sometimes chicken rice.. sometimes kfc or mcd.. or i cook myself.. 1 whole dolly fish served with fresh milk and black pepper as sauce.. trust me... u have to try it out... its super delicious.. with 2 big bowl of rice like that...

FYI, im taking mass also lahh.. morning and after workout and b4 sleep.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

jz the subway expensive nia.. around rm7.40 each.. thats the cheapest and healthiest food i found in taylors lakeside liaww.. if makan at the chinese restaurant would have cost me more than rm10 plus its not filling my stomach..

the eggs i buy normal eggs nia... if buy omega gg lor bro.. hahah

I was thin before, but now I had gained a lot of weight and muscle
the main problem you are facing when you are trying to eat more is how to increase your daily food intake. some ppl cant take that much of food, when they feel full, they tend to stop eating
what I did is eat faster and eat a lot of food of coz.
for me taking 6 meals a day doesn't help, but taking huge amount of food in one meal and eat it quickly does help to increase the size of my food intake.

Lol eat at Arena la ,the mix rice stores , what you pay there is twice as worth than any restaurant u eat in Sypoz.

I used to be skinny too.. Around 60 kg 7 years back before I started weightlifting. Now weighing around 77kg, gained muscle and also fats.

for somebody who trying to bulk up, I don't think, knowing each meal's calorie value is that important. You simply just need to eat more. If you think you can eat a lot and not gain size and weight, eat more than what you usually eat. I always thought that I can't get fat before, I was wrong. Just Eat More.

Doesn't important? I beg to differ.

If you don't know how much you need to eat a day to gain weight, then how would you know whether you have eaten enough for the day to gain weight? You will going to keep on repeating the "Eat More" mantra each day and step on the scale and hoping that you'll gain weight.
