most ppl just tell you to eat more
I was thin before, but now I had gained a lot of weight and muscle
the main problem you are facing when you are trying to eat more is how to increase your daily food intake. some ppl cant take that much of food, when they feel full, they tend to stop eating
what I did is eat faster and eat a lot of food of coz.
for me taking 6 meals a day doesn't help, but taking huge amount of food in one meal and eat it quickly does help to increase the size of my food intake.
