Hey bro,

Does the Time fiber always down? I hope their support team will be better than Maxis as the Maxis always have to wait for the TM ppl to give slot and usually they give me some cock date and time that i can be at home to fix it! Though the call service center are okay

line dced again this morning. call the help center but they say technician will contact me in 24hrs doh.gif doh.gif
Thursday is a holiday so most likely the technician will be here only on Friday
thats 3-4 days downtime from 31 days (~11%)

anyone know how to expedite this case? my email to skmm is already drafted out

was fixed yst but it is just a temporary solution.
the engineer also not sure what happen.

how he solve it is retype the login ID and password repeatedly into the router till it can connect

I am new Time fibre user from Penang. Thanks to YeapCH for very good service. He followed up very closely to get everything done, even I changed the installation schedule several time due to some unforeseen issues. Thanks again and now I am happy Time user (switch from UNIFI). Recommended ISP and recommended agent. smile.gif

Hi there, I am still having intermittent connection , freezing issue with my cisco router even after upgrade the firmware to V2.0.06. Does changing a better router really solves the problem, if yes pls let me know which model thanks

Hi Bro,

Based on our real tests, changing the firmware does not really solve the issue, in fact new batch already preconfigured with this new firmware.

There are plenty of models that 'passed' our tests & functioning well.

Please PM me your budget & I'll let you know the good ones.

Cheers smile.gif

Dear Bro

If you have limited budget , you can go for Asus RT-N14UHP , so far it is quite stable and economical.
