anyone having problems streaming twitch? been going from bad to worse, peak hours can't even view on MOBILE quality, video keeps buffering. i even got upgraded to the 500mpbs package

SAME... Cant watch the MLG that is starting soon 100mbps plan... But i recall this issue has been with time for quite sometime

Seems our ping quite high to twitch servers
Buttt for 50 ish the lag seems to be terrible as if using dail up connection

that's only checking upload latency right for streamers right?

i tried using the chrome extension and switch CDNs, every europe/us server have ridiculous buffering. unifi users don't have this issue :/

Yeah just to get the idea of the ping and all... And yeah was okay with Streamyx but Time unable to watch too frustrating

I'm currently on the 300Mbps package and using ARUS RT-N66U router. The most I can get on speedtest (using TIME's server) is about 25Mbps.

Is there any settings that needs to be changed or do I need a new router?

You can install WIfi sweet sports on app store or android market to check ur wifi perfomance

Edit: the problem can be solved if you use a VPN but it not worth it to subscribe to one just for twitch. BTW Does anyone know any VPN that can bypass Netflix recently? Thanks.

Speedtest to Washington currently is 1mbps dl/3mbps ul, so streaming from us server is going to be smooth.
