Speaking of the layout, notice that for the conventional semi D type, the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom is just next to the bed and the door is facing the bed. Personally I find it weird and don't like it. Have told my view to EM but still no change to the final layout.
True, kinda challenging to design mini walk-in wardrobe cum bathroom isn't it? Some creative ID required here to camouflage bathroom entrance.

BED IN LINE WITH THE DOOR: EXPLORE FENG SHUI SOLUTIONS FOR A BED IN LINE WITH THE DOOR
Why is a bed in line with a door not good feng shui for my bedroom? Traditional Chinese feng shui school masters say that a bed aligned with the door resembles a coffin that is always taken away feet first. Not the most appealing image. Feng shui energy-wise, what is happening when your feet are in line with the door is that you lose your energy at night/ your energy gets weaker, as it is not properly contained, so to speak.
In feng shui, doors serve as energy connectors between different areas, thus they always have a sort of pulling energy (in order to connect, you have to kind of pull the two energies together, right?) If your bed is in line with the door, your energy will be constantly pulled at night.
What exactly do you mean by "a bed in line with the door"? The easiest way to explain the feng shui notion of a bed in line with the door is the following: lay down in your bed and see if your feet are pointing at a door. (This can be any door - the main bedroom door, the in-suite bathroom door, the balcony door or a walk-in closet door.) If your feet are pointing at a door, then your bed is in line with the door.
How can I remedy the situation of a bed in line with the door? Best to move the bed so that it is not in line with the door. If this is not possible, apply these feng shui tips: 1.Your bed has to have a solid and high footboard (especially if the bed is in line with the door to the bedroom.)
2.You need to place a piece of furniture in between the bed and the door. An upholstered bench will work, and a small shelving unit with a solid back can also serve as good feng shui solution. Need to clarify a bit. What I meant here is not "a bed in line with the door" (ie when lay down in your bed and see your feet pointing at a door.) It is when you lay down, the bathroom door is at your left hand side facing your body / leg.

Bro JC...I managed to see the layout. I think the door (look like double door) of the toilet is not facing the bad.....the toilet door is about 6-7 feet from the wall......
A king size bed is measuring about 80 inches...that is about 6.5 feet. It may be ngam-ngam houh..... this is to be verified upon final layout is OUT...
anybody have any ideas on future connectivity of this area ? i cant imagine need to follow besraya highway / cheras main road to city center, with so many upcoming condos along cheras, this part is consider que at the end tail.... or follow another highway to exit serdang, probably is better..any new highway will be built here ?

So far, there is no proposed highway...... the most likely highway connection is from Lekas to Bandar Sri Putra (for NSE connection).

You can choose exit Kajang or Serdang, but as being pointed out by several forummer, every roads entering the KL city center is jammed up during the morning rush hour..

Hmm... I think the layout is final liao. It's already printed on the brochure. Based on the illustration, the toilet door is facing the bed, at the end of the bed, but still tak suka this kind of design. To me it's too close. Any funny smell can easily sneak out of the door... and the view tak de bagus dekat tandas.

If that is the case, 40x90 is not your type..... You can untick this box....
40x80 has a walkin wardrobe and then only toilet....

No problem, you can erect wardrobe along that wall with the bathroom door camouflage as one of the wardrobe door. From outside it looks nice all uniform doors but one of the "door" opens to the bathroom. Ok or not?
