QUOTE(marfccy @ Jan 5 2015, 03:44 PM) i found unboxing for U2515H, but its in chinese. but the pictures look promising Thanks for the website. Let's hope that the monitor really look nice when arrive http://tieba.baidu.com/p/3465962123?see_lz=1&pn=1 rule of thumb for 2nd hand things, usually reduce the price abt 15-25% depending on how old and how fast it depreciates. since its monitor, and provided with 5 year warranty, i think reduce abt 15% off the SRP you bought and see how well people find it? throw it inside GS, this monitor is quite in high demand even for 2nd hand units. i might even buy yours if youre not from East Msia, the shipping would kill me Okay, thanks for the info |

The latest models line would be Dell UP2715L , U3415W , U2515H , U2715H ,P2415Q and P2715Q. Someone do correct me if I'm wrong. |

QUOTE(djlah @ Jan 2 2015, 02:57 PM) the picture show is Dell old UltraSharp monitor. not all Dell monitor can do this, below are the series summary: My bad. I've made the conclusion after looking at mostly tiltable, pivotable, swivable and height-adjustable monitors and they are mostly from Viewsonic's and Dell's the professional and gaming series. Although I must note that they are priced > RM900 for 22" and above. I suspect the same trend with the other main stream brands - eg Samsung, Asus, HP, Acer etc. S Series - x E Series - x P Series - Yes UltraSharp Series - Yes and yes, 19" still available, next is 22" and so on...... Consult Mr Google and pull out the specification sheet of your target model. |

Could you please advise what is the panel model type that is used? There is a comprehensive review on U2715H but it's in German. Just open the link in Chrome and use the build-in translator to translate to English.

U2713H specs are 120% CIE1976 & 103% CIE1931. U2713H pricing is far higher than both U2713HM & U2715H, should not take it as comparison.BTW, i'm still waiting for the quotation from the Dell sales personal, based on the initial quote U2713H is RM100 more expensive than U2715H which is RM1999, i'm try to ask for further discount actually. If it is true, it's amazing how Dell is able to squeeze more accurate colors out of U2715H compared to U2713HM using only 6-bit+A-FRC. you may google for long explanation. in short, with higher bits panel and internal processing, can produce higher number of colors. taking U2713H back as example, it's 8 bits FRC panel with 12 bit internal processing, the number of colors is 1.07 Billion (both U2715H & U2713HM only standard 16.7 Million)Thanks. |
