Tested Khazan, Dragonball Z Kakarot Ultimate, F.I.S.T Forged in Shadow Torch, Disney Epic Mickey Mouse Rebrushed, SpongeBob Square Pants The Cosmic Shake, Lies of P and Stray. The 3D is really convincing. The background, stage depth is very clear, detail and smooth. Once you experienced them, you won't be able to go back to normal 2D format.
Very very worth it.

Sounds like the next big thing for monitors if they can get the AI-generated 3D thing working for games and videos without the built-in 3D hmm.gif
Still, even with just the games, it sounds tempting. Wonder if they'll have an OLED version too.

Thanks for the initial review. Sounds cool. However, I can't convince myself to downgrade from 55 monitor to 27 monitor, too big difference sad.gif
How was your experience from 43 to 27? Pretty sure u lose a lot of viewing space correct?

Found a way to run the non-supported game in 3D. Just simply select any game in the Reality Hub and point the path to the game you want to play and viola. I was able to get The Elderly Scroll Remaster, R-Type 2 Final in 3D with no problem.

The A.I auto conversion is working as intended. I can convert all the YouTube and normal movies into a 3D version on the fly. But the quality depends on the source you watched.

Still coping with it. Ya, the screen is way smaller than my G7.

u play competitive ranked? depends on the monitor size. if 27" then either go for 2K360 for competitive fps
27" 4K is for high dpi for image and text clarity, but not as immersive as 32" 4K
also depends on gpu...

Bro's and sis's,

Im planning to get a 27 inch monitor. Budget around rm900 to rm1000.
Requirements: 27 inch, 2k, ips panel, anti glare, no curve, minimum 120hz, frameless/borderless, vesa mount 100x100, low respond time. I mostly game one or two games single player only. Most of the time using for work use and watch movies via youtube and online. Reputable brand of course if can meet my budget.

Cheers,
MC

suka2 then all out 32" 4K ler..u looking for OLED? 2K360 LCD panels very rare and overpriced
Gigabyte FO27Q3 (27" 2K360) can get <3k during lazada promo periods sometimes
Gigabyte FO32U2P (32" 4K240) can get 4.8-4.9k during lazada promo sometimes as well
MSI MPG 321URX (32" 4K240) may be able to get around that price if lucky, cuz so far I haven't seen it dropping to <5k. last time msi overconfident put their MAG variant (lower variant than MPG) at >6k. briyani but now they realise their mistakes. MPG 321URX without lzd promo edy 5199 now.
Alienware AW3225QF (32" 4K240) mcm cheapest atm. but it's curved la. DFO unit go find myway1985. brand new is >4k if dowan DFO but for peace of mind
ASUS u can close both ur eyes. also their XG27AQDMG (27" 2K360) has image retention issues. pixel cleaning doesn't work half the time even though it tells u it completed the cycle

Hey guys, my 40inch 4k VA monitor from AMH just broke down and I need a new monitor. Budget RM1.5k or less. Some criterias include:

1) Budget: RM1.5k plus minus
2) Must be 32 inches with 4k
3) Unsure about VA or IPS
https://youtu.be/34bqY7CToHg?t=245
4:00 onwards, not sure if applicable to current monitors
4) Usage: Media consumption (youtube/torrents so I'd greatly appreciate deep black levels), photo & video editing (something close to 100% SRGB would be great) and light gaming
5) More than 60Hz refresh rate is a bonus
6) Unsure about curved display.....

What I'm seeing in the market is the lack of IPS monitors with my main criterias (32 inches, 4k, IPS), currently looking at the following. Also, kinda hard to get any reviews sad.gif

- Viewsonic VA3208-4K-MHD (VA)
- LG 32un500-w (VA)
- Dell S3225QS (120Hz VA)
- PRISM+ C315 Max (VA curved)
- Samsung 32'' ViewFinity S7 (VA), strangely the 27" version is IPS
- Asus va32uq (IPS, 5 years old model...)
- Illegear Apex 32 (IPS, 144hz)

I'm also open to buying relatively lesser known brands since I have bought an AMH monitor before (mostly unknown) from ebay years back.

For gaming around a week per month, low budget. Between this MSI PRO MP225 (IPS) and AOC 24B15H2, which one is better???
