What the price for this condo?

Why lift not showing which screen floor...? Just up and down light ?!
Only Ground floor show which floor screen.

Thanks for sharing, nice shots. The exterior is not bad. Believe that is block A.
At first I thought the lift lobby will be with grill & without cover. Thank goodness it's covered with window.
The end of corridor I think can't avoid rain from coming in even with the additional shade installed
The grill at the corridor with shade looks better now but still not safe for kids.
If the lifts in DF comes without floor screen indicator, then L&G is making history of its kind

According the DF video , lobby also same design , the floor screen should at the up down button area

You can look at 8 Trium office（Grade A Office) only Ground floor have can see the floor screen. others than then is up and dawn lighting only.

Can share some photos of block A facing the phase 2?tq

Walao, the contractor jialat or the consultant jialat, soil anchor works really cincai.
Pls make sure In future must hav regular n close monitoring to all the web hole make sure water is always flow out.

Sorry the bridge is semi or integral type?

Seem like the bathroom type D face out, they hv put the forsted . So no more see green when bath or ppl can't see in too
