HSR was an old sub topic back in V1.
Since then no one talked about it.
In my opinion, HSR should not be directly connected to EKC.
For Ekomall, we are waiting for insider's news.

For the past 1 or 2 weeks, there seemed to be multiple ads here and there.
What I interpret is that, the developer is putting some effort to sell the remaining units soonest possible.

yeah they should give some good discount la to clear it off.. too many MRT properties d.. this is supposed to be the fastest property to sell out.

lol, suddenly so many ads on ekocheras...... suddenly a bit scared la.... bro restful increase, can update us more? what's with all the agents/developer's SA/etc..... suddenly booming to clear out their units?
