Soho 762sft only comes with 1 parking bay. But I thought ALL the parking bay were sold out when I bought my unit in November.

Yep. I have bought a terrace there because of small family, but I feel that the better deal is their bungalow.

Ya.. I booked it at their soft soft soft launch. But I feel that the price went up too fast, May not be a good thing to the project.

QUOTE(LTG @ Jun 17 2014, 12:34 AM) FLASH NEWS ::: It's confirmed. Two 50-storey twin tower-cum-commercial complex will be replacing SJK © Jalan Imbi (near Berjaya Times Square), which if approved will relocate to Taman Taynton in Cheras - to add some spice - the relocated school will be near EkoCheras. Interestingly, MPHB Capital Bhd and Tan Sri Surin Upatkoon is also linked to a proposed iconic mixed integrated development adjacent to the school at Jalan Imbi. The school is located nearby to TRX. [News clipping The Edge 16/6/2014] This is becoming inevitable that down town schools to be relocated to Suburbs. First sjkc Lai ming at jalan ampang, now sjkc jalan imbi. |

I think the only way for the later released units to be the same or cheaper price than the early bird price is if the property bubble finally burst!

Speaking of bubble, I recently saw some property auctions having mid to high end condo n service apartment. This caught my attention because I seldom to see nice units sold in auction. Is this an indication of bubble?

QUOTE(restful increase @ Jun 23 2014, 11:49 AM) Yes auctions have been on for centuries, but seldom see nice units being push out through auctions. Usually banks n auction house internally they would already sapu those nice units. This post has been edited by neonikson1: Jun 23 2014, 02:08 PM |

QUOTE(CMW123 @ Jun 25 2014, 04:38 PM) If same price psf Personally I didn't like the layout of Blk E. Largest unit only with 2BR n only with 1 layout , the choice is too limited.1. Block E pure residence vs office distraction for SOHO, better for residents 2. Block E lower density 3. SOHO duplex nice feel 4. SOHO tower has sky lounge and tallest building in Cheras 5. Block E better security as SOHO will have more "public" visitors irrespective of whether the visitor need to leave their IC at the security counter 6. SOHO nearer walk to MRT station Pls continue |

QUOTE(ekorjiulai @ Jun 26 2014, 05:46 AM) Agree with pretty much everything that has been said above but part of me is saying that there's a chance that the majority of sohos may be occupied by residents rather than offices. I foresee soho units will be mainly occupied by small offices. Refer to Empire Subang. |

QUOTE(CMW123 @ Jun 26 2014, 08:11 AM) If u are a member of the JMB, will u control the number of access card for each unit of SOHO? I think if soho is meant to be business n residential 2 in 1 use, then we have to cater for the business as well. We should provide each legitimate user of the building the access card. If u are using the SOHO as office with 5 people, 2 upstairs and 3 downstairs and the JMB says per unit only allow 3 access card, how? |
