Soho 762sft only comes with 1 parking bay. But I thought ALL the parking bay were sold out when I bought my unit in November.

Yep. I have bought a terrace there because of small family, but I feel that the better deal is their bungalow.

Sorry ah soon gor, price for bungalow just went up this weekend, now selling at rm1.4 - 1.55mil.

Linked house price increase from rm700k to 900k! smile.gif

Ya.. I booked it at their soft soft soft launch. But I feel that the price went up too fast, May not be a good thing to the project.

I think the only way for the later released units to be the same or cheaper price than the early bird price is if the property bubble finally burst!

Speaking of bubble, I recently saw some property auctions having mid to high end condo n service apartment. This caught my attention because I seldom to see nice units sold in auction. Is this an indication of bubble?

Yes auctions have been on for centuries, but seldom see nice units being push out through auctions. Usually banks n auction house internally they would already sapu those nice units.

Personally I didn't like the layout of Blk E. Largest unit only with 2BR n only with 1 layout , the choice is too limited.

I think if soho is meant to be business n residential 2 in 1 use, then we have to cater for the business as well. We should provide each legitimate user of the building the access card.
