I think if got MRT/LRT but if overpriced i.e. more than 900 in selangor also will die! Not everyone wants to sit that long in a train to go to work

haha true also.. depending on how u look at it.. with retail mall oversupply coming soon, Ekovest better develop a strong retail strategy to attract quality tenants..

How much were the serviced apartments in EKC going for?

Looking forward to their Ekotitiwangsa as well

Ecosky is near the proposed incinerator. FULL STOP haha. If u think living near the IWK water pond is bad, this is even worse.

Ekocheras is affordable given it's location, accessibility and design/features.

Really ah. I was under the impression that only a few condo's are 11 feet tall like the Astaka in JB's 11.8 feet ceiling height is a major selling point.
