Huh, thanks for all the recent posting, I decided not to buy when seeing how much I've lost on the discount, dibs etc.
But again someone might say I might loose even more by not buying now, ha! |

QUOTE(Jagalat @ Jul 11 2014, 10:53 AM) Quote: Actually i was also wondering who will be renting a soho 762sf for rm2.3 -2.5K, so small, if want to use for living, can only stay 1 person or the most 2 person, even that not so convenient because there is no room. “As for high-end residential properties, most buyers are either cash buyers or they buy with a minimum loan margin. Hence, an increase of 0.25% per annum will be insignificant,” Is it true that EKC buyers of this thread are buying with cash or with a minimum loan margin?? Or EKC is not a high-end residential property?? http://www.starproperty.my/index.php/artic...-little-impact/ if want to use for office, there is ample office space with is larger than this at this price! QUOTE(Jagalat @ Sep 12 2014, 06:30 PM) Weekend Sidetrack 2 - For those interested... Tell me, how to turn a soho aka studio which has no room into a family stay?- The author mentioned units from 500sf to 800sf is suitable for single or small family stay. Hmmmm... Most EKC units are meeting this criteria... (Disclaimer: Me not a fan of the author) http://www.nanyang.com/node/648660?tid=686 |

QUOTE(Jagalat @ Sep 22 2014, 10:58 AM) I inteprete the term SOHO in EKC, is a duplex(at least). Yes, if it is a 3Room 2Bath type, easier to rent out, for me lar.The upper floor will be used as bedroom. Small kid at early age can stay with parents in the same room. Assuming it is not for office usage, another option, just in general, is to partition the living hall for a smaller room. How the final space/look turned out to be, I leave to the designer. Other bosses ideas are welcomed. Is this the main reason you skip EKC? |

Foo says investors and speculators are buying, or have bought, residential properties that genuine homemakers do not want (because they are either poorly located or are too small.) Foo draws attention to the small office, home office market and its variances. Care to comment? |
