From the map in the Fb group, is the MRT2 "Segar" station located between Segar and Cheras Hartamas?

The press said this Cheras Sentral mall very potential.

I recalled back in the early 90s, when Leisure Mall and Phoenix plaza were opened around the same time (within two weeks apart).
Initially both started well, with Phoenix plaza having more allocated stores.
Eventually, you know la the result.

Personally, I would hope to see Cheras Sentral mall doing well, as this proves Cheras area is still ONG.
Indirectly, it attracts investors to Ekomall.

Wow, the station at the bottom of hill road going up after Petronas? They will need to widen the roads there. Tmn segar shops will be more ONG flanked by 2 MRT station front and back

The 2 stations are supposed to be integrated but looks like quite far on the map

Is Cheras sentral supposed to have some serviced apartments?

Where to get this map?

The picture was taken from a car workshop(behind TBM) along the Jalan Mutiara Barat.
In the picture, the first shop at the right was TBM(rooftop removed)
Furniture shops were the shops located to its left(not captured)

I noticed a few pubs after the ex-sales gallery were in demolishing process too.

I would like to see Block E to do well too since it will affect the price of the sohos indirectly. If on a psf basis, both soho and block E have the same price, which one would you go for (excluding design preferences)?

My two pictures are not 100% clear.
However, l managed to compare Type A4 units
1) H-21-03 RM591,400 (Non bumi unit)
2) J-21-03 RM546,490 (Non bumi unit)
3) H-21-17 RM588,400 (Bumi unit)

Difference of the two non bumi units is ~8.2%.
