phase 4 non-srata will launch without showhouse, because just 110 units smile.gif
now they are building phase 5 show house smile.gif

No wo. I dun think they will give now. Will give when launch date. But the model toy is at office already.
Got 24*70 = RM780k above
24*75 = RM820k above

Can expected the sales is good, as long as Concept + Reliable big developer, all sales good.
If this project concept launch by other developer = no people buy
If this IJM just launch houses without township concept = little people buy

Many of my friends love bigger house, my personal preference is as long as bigger than 2000sq, i will prefer extra land smile.gif different living style, because can do some nice water or gardening element.
I will select phase 3 smile.gif

Think of Rimbayu as the Kota Damansara of PJ.
Huge development.. leasehold, surrounded by more mature township of Putra Heights and Kota Kemuning, both freehold.

Means nowadays people love concept township more smile.gif

Rimbayu beside will also developer by eco world, tropicana developer, also leasehold.

Actually I think alam impian (both TTDI and INP) also not bad. Environment pretty good just lack of commercial development.
with eco world and Tropicana coming in, I suppose wouldn't get anything cheaper than IJM

Yes, IJM will launch commercial in next year time. and also land beside the phase 2 and phase 3 is office and commercial of eco world.

Yes, will not cheaper, let rich ppl to target. But it these 3 developers benefits each other to make the area happening.

yeah, can't wait for the area to prosper. It is definitely a good buy for phase 1 and phase 2. Infact, there is very little to worry despite the cooling down in property, a good place to stay will definitely attract buyer or rental.

How is Alam impian? sales result no good meh?
It does have good quality built, large BU. Though, i personally think the area is "lock" behind the "old" industrial shah alam (Seksyen 15, 16....) and Sri Muda area. These area will nvr be developed hence the growth potential of the town ship is limited.

Alam Impian also ok one, but maybe the idea is if I stay Alam Impian then i might prefer select stay back kota kemuning kemuning utama.
I select Rimbayu, because developer give new township concept to stay and new life experience.
