But Rimbayu Phase 3 (also 32x70), another 200k extra... leasehold...

but of course, still will pick rimbayu cos it's nearer to putra height lrt (future) and nearer to cyber/puchong.. Location wise rimbayu better.. but does it worth 200k?

For short term Rimbayu will be very much rely on kemuning township, 7km from Arc sounds reasonable still. I saw ads for greenhills, anymore info to share?

Kemuning Green Hills is not closed to any lrt I guess, but it's not far away from rimbayu, I guess .. 15 mins also? It's at another golf resort there..

As both rimbayu phase 3 and kemuning green hill are quite near, and same size... it's 200k difference...

7KM is really a nice drive as the double lane road. There are jam on peak hours but other than that the traffic should be reasonably clear.

they better launch earlier.. because if Eco Sanctuary/Tropicana Aman launch first, with about the same price.. let's say 800k for a link house..
