7km from first roundabout is kinda far too. Especially if it is a daily commute. And that is to the sales gallery. Probably need to add 4-5km to reach the parcel eg Chimes.

No need Nilai la. Sungai Petani in Kedah also quite good. I was impressed with the city when I was there a couple of years ago.

but now property market also slow down. Capital appreciation will not be a lot too. Better to stay in the house.

The good fresh grad can get 3K yes.
But on average, it's around 2K. So it's still possible for them if they work hard and be smart!

Think of Rimbayu as the Kota Damansara of PJ.
Huge development.. leasehold, surrounded by more mature township of Putra Heights and Kota Kemuning, both freehold.

I would really like to see how the lake view township and commercial area turn out. I think if it has a superb lake view, this will be a very exciting township to me!
