just a heads up for those still looking for chimes,SA told me they will release bumi lot tomorrow. price will go up 50-60k of course. corner lot / end lot almost 1million. dont get me wrong, i think the place is gonna be the hottest in thing, but i couldn't get my head around the idea of buying end lot for 1 mil. in my naive mind, 1mil = semi D. hehe.

what are your takes for this.

also intermediate lot all sold out if I'm not mistaken. Perennia still got some left.
hope this helps.

also to compare, alam impian selling price for roughly the same thing bit higher. maybe due to Freehold? does the leasehold gonna affect buyer in rimbayu.

i think can just serbu there. hehe. but the SA told me regarding the release form etc last week. i think can call them to make sure.

perennia lay out is good. especially when u have more room for lights to bath in. however despite it being 5feet more than chimes, bigger land, but the area for courtyard occupies that, both floor plus/minus the said extra land. plus not really suitable for parents with small kids that climb on everything.
if im not mistaken, for that extra bit, will set u back 70-80k depending on location, as compared to chimes.

i like perennia, but again for almost 100k more, u basically paying for more lights, not land. if not for my small kid, i would go for it.

my two cents ofc.

If im not mistaken all come in three phase. Iinm, freehold n leasehold doesnt really matter much. Government can take all if they want. Compensation might be bit differ thats all. But u would think hi end township taken and vanished by government? They will be riots.

Just imagine why u wanna move house, what you want from your living home?

Second to this. U cant buy environment. It consist of concept and ppl. Have to choose wisely

Although, i actually dont think alam impian any cheaper. Same or more expensive last i checked. I stand corrected.

** just realised last time i checked is nazattdi alam impian. The inp is bit cheaper. But to be honest after studying all their offerings, its nowhere as good as ijm. Concept wise. Etc.

RM0.00 RIMBAYU, 2S link hse 22x80 & 24x80, from 2,200sf. Selling price from RM643,374 (after bumi discount). Act fast b4 price increase on 22/9/14. Call 1700818686

643k for perennia is considered 'cheap' by today standards. Chimes now 660k at least. So if u like the open layout design this is the time.

Yea gonna daily commute to cheras. Most prob to HUKM. any fast route suggestions? dont mind the toll. initially contemplating to live around gombak area, but i like KK/ Shahalam area better. Seems more organised and well planned.

30% increment would be speculative. Perhaps he is payed to say that buy companies. Anyway with implement of GST i would say 10% is logical. Since at every level u are being taxed. Hence customer will pay to some degree despite buying a house is not being listed for GST. There are few articles talking bout price hike, but not till 30%.

Anyway i am just happy to have a house.

They are targeting to get it done by year end.  If can early mean we no need to pay for the GST for renovation.

I would think the house is big enough for me now. Anyone can confirm they doing the road to putra heights? This is major thing for me. Not too far i think. Also regarding leasehold how much to renew? Can gov say no to that?
Last. Any possible baby sitter / kindergarden around?
