S&P on April... marketing officer from ijmland is chasing lawyer for charge of consent... I've been c.c in the email since last week. that's how i know..

Leasehold renewal can said 99% no problem. Never heard fail also. Unless they want build something like MRT or for country economic purpose. Freehold also die, forced to surrender landed also. If now rimbayu left 19 years now you want to renew of your rimbayu house for 80 years should be less than 20k! But 80 years later not sure, based on that time land value.

same me too... my spa stamped on 26/5... was checked with loan and lawyer, it is delay from ijmland... need to check the status today... but lawyer said if process delayed due to ijm, buyer will not need to pay interest...

About the road, I think it will be completed next year. SA said it will be done by the time Perennia hand over which is around August 2015. Then you can search #rimbayu in Instagram. One of the contractor post a picture of the connection road to Saujana Putra. He also said the road will be completed next year.

As for babysitter, I'm looking for one too. There's a small taman at the intersection before going into Rimbayu. I think can ask around. Or if you want can look for babysitter/nursery in Kota Kemuning.

i just called rimbayu, they release letter of consent to transfer...my one, I got cc letter about last week...
now lawyer waiting Pej Tanah to reply and it take around 2 weeks..then only bank can disburse the loan payment...
if the case is due consent to transfer, rimbayu will waive the interest...

u mean lake and park there? it is beside the wet market...and it connected to rimbayu main area by bridge... that what i saw in master plan...
the other lake and park area is in between chimes and SKVE...

Yes, very amazing master plan. This Park will have proper develop with water and green element, already have name that area, called TOM Park.

Aiya.. the arc is the IJMland property lah.. no belong to any house owner in Rimbayu..

But IJM Land wound robohkan lah...

unless in future they want to convert to commercial/service residences.
