Why The Arc got this term and condition?

* The ARC is located on privately owned-land. The developer/proprietor reserves the right to sell, lease, dispose of, encumber, demolish or remove all or any part of The ARC at any time and from time to time without reference to any person, and in such event, the developer/proprietor will not be liable to any person for any claim, loss or damage arising from such sale, lease, disposal, encumbrance, demolition or removal.

Aiya.. the arc is the IJMland property lah.. no belong to any house owner in Rimbayu..

But IJM Land wound robohkan lah...

unless in future they want to convert to commercial/service residences.

yes, 8km is no joke, seriously if JAM. my friend stay bukit tinggi klang day day go KL work, is extra 15km of kota kemuning people.
Lucky for Rimbayu people got other access which link to SKVE / ELITE or maybe internal road to bandar saujana / putra height.
Another choice is many kota kemuning / bukit tinggi klang people also quite early out, which no jam. if in this condition, rimbayu come out kesas just more than kota kemuning people 7-8 mins extra.

I still believe another 3-4 years, will be another story to expect. some kota kemuning people which work putrajaya/cyperjaya/puchong direction, will no use kesas and "terbalik" go rimbayu direction to use that highway out
