Guys, i just got a new modem to replace the silver unifi modem, i got the WR741ND TP link model, spend about 3 hours trying to configure and about 4 calls to unifi later still cant get it to work, it is not connecting to the damn internet, and lastly they guided me to set my old silver modem back and now the internet works again, whats the problem? , it doesn't support unifi?

how can i get it to work?, i dont wanna go back to lowyat to get it replaced because of the damn sinkhole i have to walk super far to go lowyat
