I have the same problem too. I'm staying in a high rise and every time there is a power outage in the server room, my upload speed drops in half. Download is ok. What you need to do is to take screenshots of various speed tests around Malaysia and email them to unifi[at]tm.com.my.  Their technician will set up an appointment with you to come and check. Don't call them as the CSR will go through some standard check on their end and close the report.
