Except the BTU (Fiber or VDSL2 modem) which belongs to TM, all the other equipment belongs to you.

Check your email a/c to see if there's a unifi registration with password, or

1. Click "forget your password?"
2. Please enter your myUniFi ID.
3. TM will send new password to your email a/c.

come out "Please enter valid details ", i never receive the mail with password. either inbox or spam.

i can register my unifi when i upgrade my home streamyx, but now i upgrade my office streamyx to unifi, cannot register

Recently upgraded to VIP20. When doing speedtest to the nearest server, always get max 19mbps down and 16mbps up only.

shud get megapack or sports pack for hypptv stb, plus everywhere ids for 2 devices.
note hypptv everywhere does not have all channels in hypptv stb.
