Lets wait for Commercial by year end. It can helps a lot to push further occupancy. No need so gan jiong.

renting landed property always very messy. sometimes, the cost to fix back the damage caused is more than your anual rental.

if i am not cash tight,,i dont mind letting my relative stay for free, provided he take good care of my house.

this is called good holding power.

My fren whatsapp me asking still got unit in EM or not.

Overall very good, if can change the window of bedroom 1 to another side better, humidity from bath3 no good..master bath change to other side better also..

Total units = 395 + 100 for waiting list. Not sure whether all 395 given out or not woh.

The lion share of the good units are for themselves, so much so for their claim as said by some in lyn that they want to "reward keen purchasers." This is a mild corporate malfeasance (lawyers, don't shoot me biggrin.gif ). Malaysia boleh, as this is already the best we could ever get.
