Rawang was a different story. Back then, the rumour was the airport was going to be up North but later someone son bought a lot of Land in the South so the Big U-Turn to South

But KLIA is there

Putrajaya is there

MRT is in Kajang

HSR is there

Rawang Part 2 won't happen in Semenyih or Kajang

I was there too, looking for a retirement home.

The non-bumi units are apparently sold out but the place did not look like a "Sold Out" township.

Claim 1,800 acres Township Sold Out but was rather quiet.

Some NGO i know are trying to lobby Khalid to implement the RM1 mln ruling but REHDA is also lobbying against.

Back to Mahkota Hills, really does not look like a sold-out 1,800 acres. Told my mrs, we need to survey from Helicopter to see the overall viability of the project but got many other eligible locals at the Sales Gallery

RM850K, unless there has been some Game Changer, unlikely, cos this means 20% y-o-y increase and for Semenyih to have this kind of rates, nearer to KL must have 30++ y-o-y.

Then Residency V / SouthBank, selling at RM650K will be close to RM1 mln already on VP

Save for Bandar Mahkota Cheras which once upon a time was also almost an Abandoned Project, Lion Group has not had many successful Township Projects. Can't think of any off hand actually,

Guys, don't understand why this design requires mechanical ventilation for the upstairs Toilet as opposed to normal design where the Stairs does not eat into MBR and Toilet is inside the MBR and not in the Family area.

Go page 20, the MBR is the full length of the House, stair case is outside the MBR but EM, the MBR wide is reduced by the Staircase

For EM, refer earlier pictures.

Internal Width of MBR is not 22 or 20 feet as it has been reduced by the Stair Case.

Then u refer to the K2 layout

Can u see that internal width of the MBR is the full width of the house as it has not been eaten by the Stair Case??

Don't know how else to explain. Anyone can understand what I am saying??

constructive views should always be welcomed.

For one, I don't like the Toilet design.

As we spend 8-hrs or more in the bedroom, I want the bedroom to be as big and comfortable as possible.

Eaten in by starir case is a turn-off but since I am not buying can't say if its a "Deal Killer"

Perhaps other members who wanna buy can comment.

Last time SHC say no to MAIDS to queue for their project. Must be buyer or buyer relative and they enforce it very strictly.

Read before, security come and ask the Maid to call the Maam to come. People in Queue asking to be tendang keluar. Some employer came in time, some could not so Maid asked to leave the Line and people behind clap hand.

SHC project last time, no rebate. Ppl in Queue must pay 10% DP on the spot and min price was RM800K ++
