given a choice, i would take private ensuite bathroom over shared bathroom anytime for a cluster/sd design.
by sharing bath 2, bed 3 still suffers by walking across the hall to access the bath, and inconveniences bed 2 due to lack of privacy.
bed 2 size is ok. it is at least 120sf excluding the bath.
and enlargement of bath 2 would only affect and deteriorate bedroom 1 design.
but anyway, to each their own.

Lecus is a no no for me coz the toilet is next to the main entrance 

but look into the layout...still ok actually...

cos the toilet not direct facing to the living & dinning hall...n its belongs to study room...

somemore...when u enter the house through main door...u wont see toilet or rear exit door...
