The lion share of the good units are for themselves, so much so for their claim as said by some in lyn that they want to "reward keen purchasers." This is a mild corporate malfeasance (lawyers, don't shoot me biggrin.gif ). Malaysia boleh, as this is already the best we could ever get.

If you attend those FS talk organized by developer, one must listen with a pinch of salt. Untuk sekadar hiburan and common sense knowledge. Don't take it too much. They sure say good things only. They will convince Encik Abu Bakar to buy charcoal.

FS talk in EcoSky. I attended. I learnt some metaphysic knowledge. But don't mix it with your investment judgement. Sure go giler-giler.

Seriously. I was the one who said that. They took one block of 20x70 facing lake but kept two for public. They also sapu the rows nearest to Stp.

Isn't that fair enough? At least they didn't cherry pick as they like.

I have a few frens managed to get lake views and also get south facing linear park. They did reward to buyers.

laugh.gif I have higher expectation on the best developer by far on corporate responsibility. Yes, no cherry picking as they like is great, and it's probably the highest standard possible in Bolehland for this lifetime of mine.

If we connect the dots, we could form a loop of staff units, lacing through the best blocks for each of these three types. Take 22x70 for example and counting each half row as one block, then there are 6 blocks for themselves, and 5 out 6 are the best blocks for this type. Well, to me, such skewed treatment is a far cry on wanting to reward keen buyers or property aficionadoes like yourself.

Sure, some people would get very nice units; but my thought here is about distribution.

That is the two blocks that are pretty good.

Bro, what does the summary can conclude? I am a bit pening liao after chasing XiaoMi Power bank in vain....only get the phonesss.

The table shows the distribution of good units for 22x70.

The conclusion is crystal clear, beyond subjectivity of what are the good units. They clearly reward themselves, and they DID NOT reward buyers.

I post this up for others to comment as well. I can see they took two nice blocks and four normal blocks.

The south facing cum roundabout park is good two blocks there...
