According to the press release by EcoWorld, EcoMajestic shall consist of following:

I guessed that they will not launch within this week or next week.
Most probably will launch EM after all these publicity stuffs.

If that's the case next weekend sure people mountain people sea when receive sms.

Judging from previous launch by EcoWorld, they would not let buyers suffer n camp overnite. Most probably would take a number on 24th (afternoon or evening) and go home, then go choose unit on 25th based on numbers sequence. Good luck!!!:)

I am share holder of EcoWorld.

At least up till now, EcoWorld execute project with heart. Those activities are done using buyers money, but still, EcoWorld can save all the hassle. They treat buyers well enough. No one minute time limit, no camping overnight(at least till now).

Hopefully they can perform.

Another round of crazy frenzy when registered buyers receive sms. Drive super fast there.

Just a question to think of.
If you are the decision maker (eg. :LKS), how would you launch EM?
FCFS? Ballot?
If EM to be launched like Ecohill, after receiving sms, people will speed there.
Nearer people get there faster (Kajang, Semenyih, Cheras, etc...).
Further people (Kepong, PJ, Rawang, etc...) will lose out a bit.
But having lots of people to queue overnight like Fennel and Midfields also not fair, because big bosses can hire Bangla, Indon to queue.
I am just wondering, how to make it fairer and better (for those genuine home buyers).
Just a question that I have thought over these past few days.

Be there before noon. Good chance you can get front numbers.
Last time I got number less than 50.
I was at EcoSky gallery since 11am. They started giving out number at 4pm.
Those who reach 5pm, got number 600++.....

Very, very early!!

Last time EcoSky we received sms on Thursday nite (if not mistaken).
The sms said launch Saturday after 6pm.
So I went Saturday around 11am. Linger around showroom.
All prospective buyers just lingering around. No people queue at that time, just scattered here and there.
Around 3.30pm Saturday, those SA started to organise a queue.
And you can see people dashed to be the first.
After around 5minutes, when the queue is organised, the order is there.
First come first served. Those who dropped by at 4pm, most probably getting number 100+.
Not to mentioned those who came after 6pm.

Wah!!
Go out for lunch, then come back oledi page 18++.

Anyway, just to describe more for clearer picture of the situation that day.
Me and wife liked the concept of EcoSky, so discussed that we go earlier to see see look look.
At around 11.30am, I reached the showroom. I believed I am around number 5 (or sort of top 10 ranking).
Other people just come and go. But can see others like me, lingering around the showroom.
There are no queue starting line, not like Fennel where people start queue and know where is the "dragon head"
So, all of us just sit there, chit chat.
Come to the time around 2pm, where the crowd like us (prospective buyers) started to become more and more.
This is where the time when I wondered "how do we make sure we are among the first?"
Because there are still no queue line. All scattered around.
Started to get worried, as we came in the morning. There are those who just arrived at 2pm.
What if they got a better queue number?

So, to make it short, when those SA started to set up the queue line, people dashed to be the first.
You have to mark my wordings "start to set up queue line". Because all buyers are very alert.
SA take out the cone to set up, they dashed there!!
When the queue line is more or less settled down, that is the time I felt relieved.
At least up till around 4pm, the crowd is still manageable. No people cutting queue.

Hopefully the launch at EM will be organised.
