Both will have DMC and house rules and maintenance fee, the difference is stratified properties like those in DPC, they are governed by Strata a Title Act 1985 and Building Maintenace Act 2007. These enable the JMB or MC to have better control of the house rules, collection of maintenance fee, sinking fund etc.....

I came across one gangsta house owner. He doesn't give a flying f@ck about laws and rules. Sometimes those who know the laws are the worst. On the other hand, BTC tends to comply better. Back to the gangster, he or she renovated the facade of his home despite being warned not to do so by jmb/MC, clearly in the DMC he cannot change the facade neither to paint the external to Barney or Spongebob color. After renovation, JMB/MC haul him to court. Guess what happen.....

Without the two acts, do you know how difficult to collect maintenance fee and sinking fund? What actions could be taken?

Some called GnG with individual title as pseudo GnG or FnG......

It is not so straight forward to understand why this location is almost sold out unless you guys ask the buyers.

Too much debate here based on each's own opinion.

I left EMSO at about 4pm....I think still can get units at that time. I saw those staff look damn pucat, like just having period. I think the boss need to pump them red date water with some 'phausarm'. They must be staying whole Friday night to keep the queue in line.

Back to EM, the red pavement bridge may be completed before Christmas. Hopefully, the Ecohill interchange can be completed by then too...been following up with some the amenities, things are carving up but just no publishable update at the moment,,.. biggrin.gif

I noticed a lot of early 30s or late 20s left the Gallery on despair due to unable to get any unit of 20x70 or 22x70 intermediate.

Also noticed a lot of 40s just picked the 22x75 and 24x75. Maybe their appetite is bigger.
