As for bankers....Alliance bank the small but friendly bank, CIMB the macam2 ada bank, UOB untuk orang berada bank, and MeiMeiBank. Not sure they have included more or not....

No larh Andrew. There are four types of terrace i.e. 20x70, 22x70, 22x75 and 22x80.

Lowest entry will naturally be the smaller type 20x70. Face north. Face houses. No premium should be in the region of 600K.

Staff and assoc allocation is not done by prices or as they like. First phase in EM, they wanna reward keen buyers. There are good units there. I saw it myself. Just gotta be there early.

Good unit = number 8, no number 1,14,24, etc...face south but there are people who want north, face water feature, face nice green, don't face T junction, no sharp point pointing at your unit, not directly In front of TNb/Surau//Dewan/taska/IWK/unknowns....preferably on high land...

take south facing units, stay away from chicken farm then ull be fine lo.

Not that hard as almost a lot of similar facing units.

My take;
All end lots with 10ft esp facing South East follow by north East.

All end lots near to Garden esp 22x70 are hottest picks.

Any units of 20x70 facing Lake or South

Any units facing South but consists from the lesser unit a row except facing Surau.

Andrew- you target which type... I will choose top three.

Less 3%

Net about 280psf
