hampalang finish sold off ? or still got "too expensive" or "t-junction" or too near to some "unwanted buildings" units left ?

Too far and hard to rent out, so if not for own stay the house might be left empty for long time. And nowadays many new projects everywhere, 3 yrs later when all projects vp, subsale will become very competitive. The major influences ppl buy subsale are price and location. For em both also not advantage. Price high and location too deep fr pj and kl. My 2 cents

Lol, I also don't understand why early early go beratur to give money tan sri to spend. Isn't it tan sri berak wangi sikit? haha

those early birds who got below 650k unit is good deal imo, just the later one's big gamble.

hahahahaha! below 650k in semenyih also considered good deal gah? don't la compare EM with DPC la! ppl DPC near to 1u/KL Center, this Semenyih near to Nirwana je, or perhaps Broga Hill and air terjun. Those previous buyer in SEH must be LOL now. hahaha

Cannot compare like this. Last time Puchong also, people said ulu area. Now booming. Long time ago when Bandar Utama launched by See Hoy Chan, people also say so expensive. That time One Utama not even built.

So, no one knows what will happen to Semenyih.
Like someone had said, maybe not your cup of tea, but other people like it. Moreover, if such strata landed concept launch near DPC or in KL, you think can get 650k?? And where got such big land bank near KL center? Now all developing Semenyih, Rawang and Puchong South. Lol. tongue.gif

I remembered Ecohill double terrace house sold at RM4++k last year. Means Ecohill buyer make paper gain RM200k...? Wahhh

Gents, not easy to place a bet in semenyih with tis price tag. But stil bravo to buyers. They make a decision which most key board warrior here dun even dare to voice out.

Many shouted loudly how gd they r in Econ and how accurate they predicted the prop market but just not too confident when it come to decide either buy or no buy. Wtf man. Wat happen to ppl nowadays???

When buy kena curse. When dun buy kena curse jugak. Walk the tok la. Dun become a joker say dun buy but buying. Say buy but cursing.

I personally like the EM concept. Just tat maybe a lil too far for me. But tat doesn't mean ppl living in Cheras kajang bangi seremban won't buy. Tat doesn't mean all ppl buying r working in KL. Tat oso doesn't mean ppl who so proud of their purchase elsewhere can condemn buyer for EM.

Our edu sys has big prob here. Liddat oso can happen. Kns.
