And nowadays many new projects everywhere, 3 yrs later when all projects vp, subsale will become very competitive. The major influences ppl buy subsale are price and location. For em both also not advantage. Price high and location too deep fr pj and kl. My 2 cents

Cannot compare like this. Last time Puchong also, people said ulu area. Now booming. Long time ago when Bandar Utama launched by See Hoy Chan, people also say so expensive. That time One Utama not even built.

So, no one knows what will happen to Semenyih.
Like someone had said, maybe not your cup of tea, but other people like it. Moreover, if such strata landed concept launch near DPC or in KL, you think can get 650k?? And where got such big land bank near KL center? Now all developing Semenyih, Rawang and Puchong South. Lol.
