Do refer to PBB online bill payment page here for the category of bills. Maxis is categorized under "telco".

Just a correction, Mach Card's dining rebate is capped at RM100 per quarter, meaning you can only spend up to RM2000 per quarter, ie. around RM666.67 per month.

Called up PBB customer service, a guy called Marcus mentioned that maxis, Unifi , astro are all under utilities! So weird.

let's wait for the result of wk #1 in next 2 wk..then we shall have clear idea which merchant qualify for the 12%cb. I paid online maxis/unifi/astro in wk 1 on monday morning before 10am.
